Earth Day Arts Fest: Sat, 4/22

Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Rezzonico Park, 130 Black Bridge Road, Camp Verde.

Upcycled Art Contest: Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place for most beautiful, original, and functional works of art, made with recycled or re-purposed materials. Send a photo of your artwork upon completion by email, along with the  artwork release form by 4/19. Bring your artwork to the judges table by 1pm on 4/22 for display. Prizes will be gifts and certificates from local businesses.

Spring Heritage Pecan and Wine Festival

The Spring Heritage Pecan and Wine Festival is an annual celebration of Camp Verde's pecan growers and wineries. The Festival includes nut and wine tastings, vendors, and music. This spring event coincides with the Verde River Runoff and the Verde Valley Archaeology Center's Archaeology fair.

Verde Valley Farmers Market

June 4 - October 1 (Every Saturday)

From June to October, Camp Verde hosts the Verde Valley Farmers Market, the Valley's oldest and largest "farmers only" market. The market is located under the ramada next to Fort Verde State Historical Park on Hollamon Street. This is an old-fashioned farmers market that focuses on homegrown produce and food products, and it attracts dozens of local vendors.  

The Verde Valley Farmers Market is open every Saturday morning, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., from June to October. 

Summer Archaeology Film Festival

The Summer Archaeology Film Fest is hosted by the Verde Valley Archaeology Center. This FREE festival features family-friendly films shown at the Verde Valley Archaeology Center, located at 385 S. Main Street. See the 2016 festival schedule HERE


July 14 and 15

First celebrated 25 years ago, Cornfest pays homage to the Verde Valley's famous sweet corn, grown at Hauser and Hauser Farms in Camp Verde. This is a "corny" old-fashioned family event with plenty of food, fun, games, music, vendors and, of course, sweet corn. Visitors can enjoy a Vintage baseball game at Fort Verde State Historic Park. The Fort also hosts a Victorian Christmas ornament-making event for kids as part of the Christmas in July celebration.

Fort Verde Days

October 13, 14, 15

For sixty years, Fort Verde Days has served as the community's annual homecoming while also celebrating the military post around which the town Camp Verde grew. A carnival, parade, and a host of events at Fort Verde State Historic Park highlight the three-day event.

Christmas Bazaar and Parade of Lights

Christmas Bazaar and Light Parade: The holiday season officially kicks of the second Saturday in December with the all-day Christmas Craft Bazaar and the Parade of Lights down Main Street in the evening.
