5K Rhino Run & Family Day

SAVE THE DATE!

Lace up for the inaugural Rhino Run at Out of Africa! Celebrate World Rhino Day on September 26, 2026, with a one-of-a-kind 5K through the park, passing wolves, giraffes, lions, tigers, and our beloved southern white rhino, Jericho.

Starting at the Marketplace, participants will complete three scenic laps while raising funds to protect rhinos, support injured animals, combat poaching, and preserve vital habitats. Every step helps save this incredible species from extinction!

After the race, spend the day enjoying live music, local vendors, a silent auction, kid activities, food trucks and so much more! Best of all, the park will continue to host its regular animal shows and attractions throughout the day, giving you the chance to experience everything Out of Africa Wildlife Park and Sanctuary has to offer.

It’s a fun-filled day for the whole family, all while supporting the important mission of wildlife conservation and rhino protection.
