The purposes of this non-profit corporation is:

to promote the prosperity of businesses, new and old - small and large - in Camp Verde and throughout the Verde Valley (our "community").

1. To recognize and honor the rich heritage of our community.
2. To enthusiastically support current businesses and future development.
3. To provide representation, promotion, and resources for the business community.
