International Rhino Day an Out of Africa Event

A Day for Conservation and Awareness

Join us for a fun filled day at the park, while we host our International Rhino Day event. This event aims to raise crucial funds for the ongoing rhino conservation efforts and raise awareness about the challenges these magnificent creatures face.

Event Details

We have a wide range of activities planned for attendees of all ages. The event will kick off with a t-shirt design contest starting on April 14th and ending on May 14th, with the winner announced on May 21st. The winning design will be featured on t-shirts available for purchase at the event. Proceeds from these t-shirt sales will directly support rhino conservation initiatives and other partner organizations.

In addition, we will provide gift bags for children (available while supplies last), coloring contest, and offer raffle baskets. Lace up those shoe’s, we will also be hosting a Rhino Run. A 5K fun run around the park. Ticket sales for the Rhino Run will begin on May 9th, and end on June 20th. You will be able to purchase Rhino Run tickets in the gift shop or call (928) 567-2840 ext. 2000 to purchase over the phone. Please stay tuned for further updates!
