Montezuma Castle National Monument Visitor Center & Museum Grand Reopening – Cultural Demonstration

The Montezuma Castle National Monument Visitor Center & Museum Grand Reopening celebration ends June 28-29 with demonstrations from Kathleen Vance (O’Odham). Kathy makes traditional pottery using the anvil and paddle method. Come watch her create these pieces in person! Some items will be available to visitors, so be sure to visit between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. when she will be demonstrating! Event will be free with paid park entrance. Please remember to be safe and carry/drink plenty of water while enjoying your parks! The summer heat is here and it’s important to plan like a ranger!
